These terms govern your use of the Drive Charge Eat iOS app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. The English version is authoritative.

License

Nuy grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own, non-commercial trip planning.

Subscriptions and billing

Full features require an auto-renewable subscription ($4.99/month or $39.99/year, or the local equivalent). There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings.

Accuracy and safety

Charger availability, prices, routes, and food information come from third parties and can be incorrect, out of date, or unavailable. Always follow road signs and signals, obey the law, and never interact with the app while driving. Battery and range estimates are guidance, not guarantees.

No affiliation

Drive Charge Eat is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or charging network. All trademarks belong to their owners.

Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed charges, delays, or reliance on third-party data.

Changes

Nuy may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
