These terms govern your use of the Drive Charge Eat iOS app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms. The English version is authoritative.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own, non-commercial trip planning.
Subscriptions and billing
Full features require an auto-renewable subscription, monthly or yearly. The price, the billing period and any applicable tax are shown in the App Store before you confirm, in your own currency. There is no free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel at any time in your App Store settings, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms.
Accuracy and safety
Charger availability, prices, routes, and food information come from third parties and can be incorrect, out of date, or unavailable. Always follow road signs and signals, obey the law, and never interact with the app while driving. Battery and range estimates are guidance, not guarantees.
No affiliation
Drive Charge Eat is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any vehicle manufacturer or charging network. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Disclaimer and liability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including missed charges, delays, or reliance on third-party data.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
Apple
This agreement is between you and the publisher of Drive Charge Eat, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to furnish maintenance or support for it, and is not responsible for addressing any claim you or a third party may have relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Your use of the app must also comply with the App Store Terms of Service.
Governing law and your consumer rights
These terms are governed by French law. Nothing in them removes the protection of the mandatory consumer-law rules of the country where you live, and nothing in them excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
